Job description

We are expanding our team and looking to hire a dedicated, passionate and responsible individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who should be able to work under pressure and demonstrate responsibility for all given tasks.

Job Duties

  • Recording day to day financial transactions and keeping proper books of account
  • Preparation of monthly payroll calculations
  • Performing reconciliations on receivables, payables, bank accounts in a timely manner
  • Preparing and submitting the VAT and VIES returns
  • Preparation and submission of relevant tax forms
  • Registrations to the Tax, Vat and Social Insurance Department
  • Reporting to the head of accounting

Job Requirements

  • An academic background in Accounting and Finance
  • Prior experience in accounting/ bookkeeping will be considered as an advantage
  • Knowledge of E-soft program will be considered as an advantage
  • Good personality with strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team
  • Attention to detail, strong numerical skills and results driven attitude
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English languages
