Job description

We are looking for a dynamic professional person to undertake the operation of our Paphos branch.

The Branch Manager's primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Rent-A-Car department.

Main duties of the role:

To organize the delivery and collection of vehicles to maximize service standards and minimize costs.
Inputting rental and customer data in to rental system.
Monitoring reports to ensure vehicles are changed over when required for servicing etc.
Monitoring our rental system to ensure that we react quickly to new reservations .
Will be responsible for preparing the shift/off/annual leave of the staff of Paphos Branch.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide excellent standard of service to customers personally and by telephone.
Resolving problems and delivering outstanding customer service .
Follow and maintain all quality assurance standards at location issued by the company.
Provide appropriate solutions to customers problems in a professional and friendly manner.
Monitor daily desktop reports, vehicle availability, utilisation, etc.
Identify new potential sales areas.
Administration of maintenance on all vehicles.

Be positive and have a sales-focused attitude.
At least basic mechanical engineering knowledge of car maintenance.
Excellent verbal and written knowledge of Greek and English languages.
Some previous related experience will be considered a plus, but is not necessary.
Computer literate.
Driving license.
Flexibility to working hours in line with business needs. This may involve working a shift pattern and including some weekends or Bank Holidays.

REMUNERATION PACKAGE.

Full training will be provided.
Salary is directly dependent on the candidate’s qualifications and experience. Salary starts at €1300 net.
