Job description

Car rental agent is considered the front line for fast and friendly customer service.

Job Duties

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Servicing clients as they arrive.
• Answering the telephone.
• Car Transportation.
• Handling client questions.
• Working to resolve overdue car rentals.
• Responsible for ensuring the cars are clean, full of gas and ready for the next client.
• Filling in company documents .  
• Ability to work under pressure. 
• Flexibility to working hours in line with business needs. This may involve working a shift pattern and including some weekends or Bank Holidays.
• Experience in car rental, hospitality, or tourism is considered a plus.
• Understanding of the Russian Language is considered a plus.

Job Requirements

Qualifications Required:

• Proficiency in English
• High School Diploma
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Pleasant Personality
• People Skills
• Computers Skills
• Experience in Customer Service related field

Job Benefits

REMUNERATION PACKAGE.

• Full training will be provided.
• Salary is directly dependent on the candidate’s qualifications and experience. Salary starts at €1000 net.
