French Forex Account Manager (VAC-A383)

Job description

Our client is a CySEC regulated Forex company based in Limassol and they are currently recruiting for an experienced French Conversion/Account Manager Agent to join the sales team   

Job Duties

• Assisting customers who wish to open or manage a trading account
• Making telephone calls to prospective customers who are interested in trading Forex Maintaining contact with clients via telephone/email and live chat and at the same time ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction
• Providing general information regarding the platforms and services offered
• Follow up on queries and provide feedback to customers in a timely manner
• Informing clients of any new products and promotions that the company is offering

Job Requirements

• Experienced French Conversion/Account Manager

Job Benefits

Basic from 1800 – 2300 Euros gross plus commission
