Job description

Our client, is an International Software Development Company, dealing with Cyber Data Fusion and AI products for civilian protection. Their mission is to empower their customers to fight crime and terror through state-of-the-art technologies that provide accurate and precise intelligence. 

They are currently looking to recruit an Office Administrator (temporary maternity cover for 4 - 5 months). As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for all corporate administrative needs.


Job Duties

  • Manage company’s global travel arrangements
  • Assist accounting department with payments and record-keeping
  • Manage office petty cash
  • Overview and execute the company’s welfare plan (happy hours, birthdays, anniversaries etc.)
  • Manage daily food orders for employees and guests
  • Coordinate with cleaning personnel for routine needs
  • Resolve office matters that might occur with problems or damages etc.
  • Monitor and purchase office supplies and any other office needs
  • Maintenance and negotiation with suppliers where necessary
  • Support the corporate team in ongoing ad hoc projects

Job Requirements

  • Previous Office Management and/or PA experience is mandatory
  • Pleasant, customer-oriented and team working spirit
  • Experience with travel arrangements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Can multitask and prioritize workload
  • Proactive mindset with the capability to take initiatives
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Accounting knowledge is a plus
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent in the English language
  • The successful candidate will need to be available immediately 

Job Benefits

  • The client is offering a salary of 1800 euros gross / month

  • Mild Hybrid working structure (can work from home some days) – For the first month you will have to be in the office every day.
  • Normal Hours: 9:00 - 18:00
  • Flex hours 8:00 - 9:30 / 17:00 -18:30.
