Head of Partnerships (VAC-A404)

Job description

One of our clients in Limassol, a Forex Company, is looking for a Head of Partnerships. Reporting directly to top management the successful candidate will join a dynamic and fast paced working environment where they will manage the Partnerships department and be responsible for organizing and driving forward the department's strategy in alignment with overall Firm strategy. The candidate will be expected to provide guidance and initiative whilst proposing different ways of developing the IB partnership network activity and constantly upgrading the programs in order to attract IBs from different regions. Developing and executing business plans for expansions into new business regions

The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for supervising the monitoring and analyzing the performance of the partnership network activity as well as recruiting new IBs, affiliates and strategic partners. They will report to the top management on a regular basis on the progress of the department achievements and KPIs.

Job Duties

Job Requirements

• At least 3 - 5 years relevant work experience in a senior business development role in the Forex Industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Adequate numerical/mathematical abilities
• Strong oral and presentational skills
• Excellent networking skills and abilities
• Very good organizational and administration skills
• Ability to multitask
• Basic knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis
• Fluency in English is essential
• Taking initiative
• Ability to travel and to work under pressure
