IT Business Analyst (VAC-A413)

Job description

Our client, a CYSEC Regulated Investment Firm located in Limassol, is looking to hire a Business Analyst.

Position overview:

At our company, you will be someone who matters and has a chance to put IT software into work for both internal and external clients.? You will be working with the latest business trends and industry practices in mind. 

As a business analyst, you will be passionate about ensuring that our customers, both internal and external, are happy with the solutions our IT has built.  

Job Duties

• Mapping business and user needs.
• Analysing business input and creating business requirements and specifications.
• Engaging with business heads to research and understand their needs.
• Providing further amendments and business insight throughout development projects.
• Perform competitor analysis.
• Prepare business cases backed with data driven analysis.
• Collaboration with IT Department to develop technical requirements and functional business specifications.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related subject.
• Previous work experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Subject Matter Expert or User Experience Specialist for minimum of 2 years.
• Exposure to CRM (Salesforce/Sugar/Pipedrive/HubSpot) administration/maintenance.
• Experience in Client Portal user experience design.
• Understanding of IT software development cycles.
• Familiarity with various business, project management and IT methodologies.
• Organized, diligent and detail oriented.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving environment.
• Transparent Team player.
• Excellent knowledge of the English Language both written and oral.
• Will be considered as a plus if you have:
• Bachelor and/or master's in business administration or Marketing and related disciplines.
• Software development or Forex/Sports betting industry experience.
