Sales Conversion Agent ( No FX experience) (VAC-A469)

Our client is a privately owned Marketing company based in Limassol looking to onboard and build a team of Sales Conversion Agents with ZERO experience in Forex.

Job Duties

• Build and maintain relationships with customers mostly via phone
• To actively engage with new client leads and activate them as new clients
• Maximize sales activity
• To assist clients with queries regarding trading
• To assist clients with deposits/withdrawals
• To achieve all sales targets on a consistent basis outlined the company

Job Requirements

• Zero experience in Forex is requested as training will be offered.
• Sales experience would be an advantage.
• Fluent in English
• Excellent business written and oral communication skills
• Computer literate
• Ability to work both in a team environment as well as independently

Job Benefits

• Salary is between 1500-1800 based on experience.
• Additional benefits are 21 days of annual leave per year and sick leave as normal.
• Bank holidays we are not working.
• Working Hours should not exceed 45 hours per week.
• Flexible hours within the time frame of 5:00 am - 7:00 pm according to the shifts that will be decided for each position.
