Job description

Spotware Systems is looking for a WEB Manager (Marketing Project)

In collaboration with web developers work on revamping and maintaining our websites.
Plan, execute and review content changes across our brands.
Work closely with colleagues across marketing, content, community, design, and product to understand website objectives and define action plans.
Coordinate website needs for annual, time-sensitive events and programs to ensure content meets deadlines and marketing milestones.
Use web analytics software to monitor the performance of the website and make recommendations for improvement using a variety of web analytics tools.
Support authors who provide regular content for the websites to ensure it's updated quickly and seamlessly.
Translation management.
Assist in the creation of wireframes and mockups for new web projects to illustrate user experience to program staff and external developers.
Manage quality control process before updates go to production, acting as the guardian of our global portfolio of websites.
Ensure high-quality assets and brand consistency.
Optimize processes for speed and scalability.

Knowledge of content management systems that have some shared content across multiple regional websites
Forex knowledge will be considered an advantage
HTML and CSS skills to develop new web pages and features would be considered an advantage but not a requirement
Experience in making multilingual content updates to the website
Knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image
Good understanding of website/mobile UX along with optimization tools such as Google Optimise to support A/B testing.
Good SEO understanding (meta tags, image optimization) etc.
Working experience with Google Analytics dashboard and Google Tag Manager
Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
