Product Owner ( German Speaking)

Job description

We are seeking to recruit German speaking Product Owners who can be based either in Cyprus or Germany with flexibility to work partly from home.

Our client based in Limassol is offering proprietary, self-developed customer management software solutions to their parent company based in Germany.

Continuously expanding and optimizingtheir software products according to market specifications and customer requirements.

The role of the Product Owner is the interface between business and software development departments, in an agile context.

Job Duties

Job Description

•     Creation, management, sorting, and prioritization of the product backlog based on business value and ROI
•     Active stakeholdermanagement
•     Definition of the minimum viable product or minimum marketable features
•     Participation in project planning and SCRUM-related meetings
•     Joint development of test standards and methods for the Reporting of the project progress
•     Support in the internal and external communicationprocess
•     Close cooperation with the development team

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

•     Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, information technology, project management, or comparable qualification
•     Strong team spirit and good communication skills
•     Experience in agile software development, certifications such as CSPO, CSM, or PMI-ACP an advantage
•     Distinct objectivity and problem-solving skills
•     Very good knowledge of German and English spoken and written
•     Independent, pragmatic, and business value-oriented way of acting
