Production Project Manager

Job description

Responsible for internal project processes in a growing production team and stakeholders.

Working with talented teams to run projects from brief to delivery

Job Duties

• Creating and maintaining production schedules.
• Working with the production teams to ensure that all tasks and deliverables are created on-time and on-brief.
• Providing production with feedback and guidance whenever necessary.
• Track tasks and project deliverables using appropriate, vetted tools and constantly monitor and report on progress of projects to all stakeholders.
• Identify, resolve and escalate as appropriate any issues / risks to delivery, and manage dependencies tightly to ensure momentum is not lost
• Ensure high delivery standards and performance of project teams formed by internal employees, contractors and external suppliers.

Job Requirements

• Minimum two years of relevant work experience.
• Bsc or Msc degree in business administration/technical engineering management field
• Language’s skills: English fluent, Greek fluent, Russian/Ukrainian fluent.
• Experience in aerospace production is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Monday.com is an advantage.
• Proficient in time management with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment;
• Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity, being able to quickly adapt to changes in priority
