Job description

Persival Capital is looking for an Accounting Officer.

Working within a friendly, supportive global business, we're keen to hear from experienced senior accountants and accountants.

Maintain daily bookkeeping, including purchase ledgers, cash books, loan trackers for a number of entities
Document and file the collection of the necessary accounting documents / data
Perform various reconciliations
Prepare management accounts and financial statements
Prepare regular (budget) and ad-hoc reports
Manage payments
Issue invoices
Prepare payroll for Cyprus entities
Work with external accountants and auditors to complete monthly, quarterly and annual financial, VAT and tax reports as well as audits for a number of entities.

Degree holder in Economics / Finance / Business or related field
ACA / ACCA partly or full qualification
Practical knowledge of IFRS
3+ years of accounting experience in an accounting firm/reporting function of a global investment/multi location business
Well organised and detail oriented
Demonstrate accountability and autonomy in their job function utilizing experience and knowledge to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
Expert knowledge of Excel
Proficiency in Quickbooks, Xero or 1C
Advanced knowledge of English.
Advance knowledge of Russian is a must.
Ability to work in a team, communicate effectively and establish positive working relationships with others.
