Job description
- Proactively monitor our clients infrastructure using Monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and desktop applications.
- English is required.
Job Duties
- Proactively Monitor the clients infrastructure.
- Manage Remote Monitoring Tool to streamline operations.
- Add automation steps to monitor systems for unattended remediation steps.
- Utilize ConnectWise RMM solution tools to validate system health and status.
- Provide helpdesk support including analyzing and resolving end-user issues.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently.
- Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn new technology.
- Ability to work under pressure efficiently.
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and desktop applications.
- Knowledge of VMware administration.
- Knowledge of Backup Technologies (Veaam, Datto, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Administration.
- Work with monitoring tools such as ConnectWise Control, Kaseya, Nable, SolarWinds etc.
- Basic Firewall Administration. (Fortinet, Sonicwall, Meraki etc).
- Experience with installing, configuring, and administering a broad range of technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
