Head of Legal (VAC-A918)

Job description

Our client is a well-established Corporate Services Firm based in Limassol and they are looking to employ a Head of Legal.

Job Duties

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Incorporation, domiciliation and reorganisation of companies
• Day-to-day administration of companies and liaising with clients and associates
• Legal advice and guidance on corporate and compliance related matters
• Merge & Acquisition 

Job Requirements

• LLB or equivalent specialising in Corporate Law
• Member of the Cyprus bar association
• At least 8 years’ experience as a Corporate Lawyer
• Merge & Acquisition legal experience
• Fluent in Greek and English

Job Benefits

The company is offering a salary of 40 – 50K Euros gross per annum

Working hours:

The working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8am - 5pm and on Friday from 8am to 2pm.
