Our team is part of EY’s Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA) cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus and internationally.

Job Duties

The key responsibilities

• As an Automation and Low-Code Developer on our team, you will delight many of our customers around the world by developing and implementing new solutions using the most advanced technology stack while working with the top leaders in their industries
• You will be working on implementing new innovative solutions either as part of a large-scale digital transformation program or as a stand-alone project focusing on one or more of the following domains:
• Automating process and developing efficient solutions with a focus on scalability and reusability based on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies
• Developing back-end and/or front-end applications for our clients using Low-code technologies
• Designing, modeling, testing, and implementing business process models using Business Process Management (BPM) tools
• For each of the abovementioned domain, you will be expected to contribute to requirements gathering and solution architecture design
• Collaborate with project managers, UX designers, other developers and quality assurance to deliver client projects
• Support UATs execution and solution deployment in multiple environments
• Support Operations after go-live, monitoring and measuring the solution effectiveness

Job Requirements

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Experience in one or more of the below areas
• Experience in one or more of the leading RPA platforms (e.g. BluePrism, MS Power Automate, UIPath)
• Experience in one or more of the leading BPM platforms (e.g. Appian, IBM BPM, Camunda)
• Experience in one or more of the leading Low-Code platforms (e.g. Appian, OutSystems, MS Power Apps)
• What is most important is that you are committed to working with your colleagues as part of a high-performing team. You’ll need to demonstrate enthusiasm, motivation, and passion to develop fast in an international working environment. You’ll need to pick up new skills and talents as you go, so asking questions and having the confidence to speak up are essential.
• Willingness and ability to commute in Cyprus for local projects and abroad for international projects

Ideally, you’ll also have (considered an advantage)

• Certification in relevant RPA, BPM, Low-Code technologies
• Experience in software development using one or more languages (C#, Java, Python, JavaScript etc.).
• Solid understanding of relational databases and experience working with at least one RDMS (SQL Server, Oracle Database, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or Web Services/APIs (such as REST or SOAP)
• Knowledge and exposure to IT Infrastructure, Network technologies (TCP/IP etc.) and access management within enterprises.
