Job description:

• Supervision and organization of construction site works in all construction stages
• Plan analysis and work scheduling of construction teams
• Ensuring compliance with site safety measures
• Communication and processing actions with all involved partners
• Internal and external communication with prospective contractors and suppliers
• Quality and productivity control
• Compiling comparative tables and evaluations of receiving offers
• Project budget preparation and monitoring
• Project construction schedule compilation and monitoring
• Compiling project progress reports and other documentation
• Measuring preparation for material ordering and operative subcontractors preparation
• Preparing monthly reports on the progress of the projects
• Compiling measurements and constructing project budgets
• Writing certifications

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor in Civil Engineering
• 5+ years of experience on construction sites
• Experience in project assurance and quality control (QA / QC)
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel
• Excellent knowledge in writing and speaking Greek & English
• Driving license
