Payroll and Financial Accountant - part time / full time - f/m/d

Artlogic Ltd is a steadily growing, internationally oriented service company in the TV, theatre and event industry. We are seeking to recruit a Payroll and Financial Accountant, to join our team.

Our team comprises almost 400 permanent employees and 6 trainees in the commercial and technical area.

To strengthen our back office, we are looking for an accountant full time or part-time, who would like to calmly face the rapidly changing needs of the industry and work with us on a daily basis.

Job Duties

Your responsibilities will be: 

• Posting of all current business transactions, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Reconciliation of accounts, execution of account clearing and account maintenance
• Document review and maintenance
• Support for payroll
• Support for travel expenses
• Support of controlling
• Claims Management
• All administrative work

Job Requirements

• A completed accounting training or experience in the field of payroll and finance
• Good communication, organizational and team skills
• A quick comprehension and good resilience
• Independent result-oriented working method
• Excellent PC knowledge
• Proficiency on Greek and English languages is a must. German language proficiency will be considered an advantage
