Our company is expanding, and we're seeking an HVAC Sales Engineer to join our team. If you're an experienced Sales Engineer with a passion for hitting sales targets and a proven track record of building strong relationships with customers, we want to hear from you. As a Sales Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to travel and visit prospective clients, identify new business opportunities, and deliver compelling presentations that showcase our cutting-edge products and services. 

Job Duties

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including building owners, architects, engineers, and contractors, to identify potential sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction

• Travel to visit potential and existing clients, both domestically and internationally, to promote the company's products and services.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential customers and markets, and work with internal teams to develop and deliver effective sales strategies

• Participate in industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company's products and services

• Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to customers, including product and service offerings and negotiate contracts and agreements to close sales

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company, and provide regular reports to management on sales activities and performance.


Job Requirements

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a sales position

• Ability and willingness to travel extensively to meet with customers on a regular basis

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to meet customer needs

• Familiarity with HVAC systems, including their design, operation, and maintenance.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
