Job description

Our client is an IT Development Company specialized in Limassol and they are looking for a Facilities Manager.

Job Duties

  • Managing the purchase, sale, rental, new construction, renovation or development of properties
  • Monitoring real estate income and expenditure, as well as collecting payments
  • Authorizing maintenance, repair, equipment and supply expenditure
  • Negotiating contracts with vendors, suppliers and contractors
  • Finding relevant constructors and negotiating at best possible prices
  • Work closely with interior designers to complete projects based on the UBO’s needs and preferences
  • Overseeing maintenance workers, cleaning crews, contractors and groundskeepers
  • Conducting regular inspections of properties and facilities to ensure that all is in order
  • General administration of all properties of the UBO
  • Oversee operational aspects of properties
  • Detecting excellent opportunities in real estate markets and advising UBO accordingly
  • Managing anything related to budgeting and assets financing with banks
  • Preparing financial statements and records

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Real Estate or Finance would be considered an advantage
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a project management, real estate, or a similar role
  • Previous experience working with interior designers in multiple projects is a must
  • Extensive experience in managing properties (purchase, sales, rentals, renovations, constructions)
  • Experience in managing payments, negotiating contracts and determining rental rates
  • In-depth knowledge of applicable property law, taxes and financial statements
  • Knowledge of property maintenance and procurement of vendors and suppliers
  • Sound financial knowledge
  • Strong ability to work with UBO based in other location and handle issues as per his requests
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently with good initiative and minimal supervision
  • Accurate and attention to detail
  • Driving license and preferably having own car
  • EU citizenship is a must
  • Ability to travel frequently within Europe


Working hours:

The working hours are Monday - Friday 09:00-18:00
