Our client based in Limassol is an established Freight Forwarding company. They are seeking to hire a Customer Service Associate to join their team.
Job Duties
Job Description
- Organizing import shipments and documents
- Tracking and communicating shipments status to customers
- Answering telephones
- Contacting trading companies by telephone and email for promoting and informing about our company services
Job Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in freight forwarding / logistics industry will be considered a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language.
- Excellent organizational & multi-tasking skills.
- Strong customer service skills and able to make outbound calls to customers.
- Pleasant personality.
