Job description

Our client is a Forex Broker based in Limassol currently looking to recruit a motivated individual in the role of Office Manager / HR for their Limassol based offices. 


Job Duties

Assisting in HR duties like scheduling interviews and onboarding on new staff members

Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally

Arrange conference meetings /book conference room meetings

Check the company's mailbox for letters etc.

Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc)

Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment and facilities

Handle petty cash of the company

Communication with vendors and handling invoices

Business trips organization: flight tickets, transfers, hotels, meetings with partners, medical insurance

Help with immigration visa submissions

Offer administrative support across the organization

Coordinating issues related to the building, including security issues

Job Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Previous experience in a similar role for at least 1 year

Professional attitude

Excellent organizational skills

Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Creative mind with an ability to suggest and implement office improvement

Working hours:

Monday to Friday from 9 am - 6 pm with a 1-hour lunch break

Job Benefits

Salary up to 2500 Euros gross monthly based on experience

Full health care after the end of probationary period
