Swedish-speaking Customer Support Representative (VAC-A2098)

Job description

Our client, an Investment Firm, authorised and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), is currently looking for a Swedish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join the team at their Nicosia office. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for interacting with customers via phone and electronic channels to provide information, process inquiries, address concerns, and handle requests. The role involves facilitating client communication, assisting with documentation, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring exceptional customer support.

Job Duties

• Provide information on the "Know Your Client" procedure and required documentation.
• Assist in collecting and managing client documentation as per company policy.
• Translate client queries and requests for the company.
• Coordinate with AML/Compliance departments for client onboarding and due diligence.
• Collaborate with brokerage and back-office departments for client support.
• Promptly respond to customer inquiries and follow up on interactions.
• Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
• Direct unresolved issues to appropriate resources.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
• Strong communication and service orientation skills.
• Prior customer support experience is advantageous.
• CySEC certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Desire to learn and develop professionally.

Working Hours:

The working hours will be either from 10:00- 19:00 or 11:00-20:00
