Job description

Our client is a Group of Companies and a leader within the classified ads sector operating in 26 countries worldwide and with more than 100 professional staff members. They are now actively looking to recruit a HR Manager to join their growing team at their Nicosia offices

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in managing the full employee life cycle (recruitment & onboarding, performance management, payroll, HR admin & analytics, MBO process), interacting with different (internal and external) stakeholders, always keeping a human-centered approach. The New HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes for the two Cypriot companies under the group of companies which includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, policy development and implementation, all in compliance with the local laws and regulations.

Job Duties

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, hiring proposal and onboarding keeping regular contacts with the local recruitment agencies;
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
  • Support the Line Managers and employees from an HR admin perspective;
  • Manage the MBO process;
  • Develop and monitor the overall respect of HR policies to keep a fair work environment across the organization;
  • Oversee and manage the monthly payroll in alignment with the local provider;
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs;
  • Manage any potential disciplinary actions collaborating with the in-house Lawyer.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as HR Manager or HR Generalist in a fast-changing environment;
  • Solid knowledge of HR processes (mainly recruitment and performance management);
  • People-oriented approach and results-driven attitude;
  • Excellent skills in MS Office and google workspaces;
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships with different stakeholders;
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices;
  • Greek mother tongue, proficiency in English.

Job Benefits

  • Annual salary of 32 000 Euros gross
  • Management By Objective (MBO) bonus is a performance-based reward system of 10%
  • Total annual compensation (Salary + MBO) = 35 200 Euros gross
  • Training budget: 1.000€ net per year
  • Health insurance
  • 2 days remote working per week.
