Prepare Japanese and Pan-Asian dishes

Job Duties

• Work with workpieces
• Check the quality of products and inform the manager on duty about unsatisfactory quality
• Prepare menu items in accordance with established rules, taking into account quality, portion size, appearance and food safety
• Receive orders from operators or a computerized system
• Communicate with operators to ensure customer special requests and food allergy issues are met
• Conduct regular inventories of food and other goods in the warehouse
• Ensure proper storage of all food products in compliance with expiration dates
• Sterilize all equipment used
• Ensure that the kitchen area and food storage areas comply with internal cleanliness standards
• Work daily with a list of unfinished products, prepare lists for the next work shift

Job Requirements

• More than 2 years of experience as a sushi cook (required)
• No visa problems
