Warehouse Supervisor (VAC-A2320)

Job description

Our client, a Facilities Management Company for Large Scale Global Projects, is currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for a Humanitarian Project in Cyprus. This is an opportunity to be part of a large humanitarian initiative. The project will be for a minimum of 3 months with the potential to become permanent. 

Job Duties

• Responsible for a smooth warehouse operation, including but not limited to Goods Receipt, Pick and Pack Operations, Preparing Deliveries per Contingents with respective documents.
• Ensure proper documentation is maintained at warehouse site for Goods receipt, Picking and Delivery for potential follow up in case of any discrepancies.
• Conducts monthly meetings with all operational staff (Warehouse and Transport) regarding Health, Safety and Environmental Matters to ensure compliance with Local Regulations.
• Printing all required documents for warehouse and outbound shipments.
• Proper Labelling of Outbound Pallets for clear Identification.
• Manage any additional tasks as required 

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Relevant educational background will be considered an advantage
• Fluent in Greek and English
• Needs to be immediately available
• EU Citizens
