Our client is a boutique property development and investment company seeking to onboard an Operations Associate.

The company is, the fastest growing property development and investment company in Cyprus, is seeking to hire a highly skilled Operations Associate to join our team. As an Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing day to day operations of the company’s workflows operate swiftly and efficiently.

Job Duties

• Act as the primary support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), facilitating streamlined communications and operations.
• Supervise the accounting department’s reporting, timelines, and task prioritization.
• Manage credit control operations, ensuring punctual and efficient client payments.
• Maintain and organize credit control filing and reporting systems for optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with external legal consultants to finalize contractual transactions.
• Contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for multiple departments, including architectural, project management, accounting and sales.
• Oversee project timelines and task prioritization within architectural, accounting, legal and finance departments.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• While prior experience is not mandatory, the ability to identify challenges, proactively devise solutions, and execute promptly is imperative.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, adept problem-solving abilities, proactive demeanor, and strong project management skills are essential.
• Basic comprehension of financial principles is advantageous.
