Network Administrator (VAC-A2497)

Job description

This well-established forex company in Limassol is looking for an experienced Network Administrator who will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and security of the network systems. From hardware and software maintenance to monitoring and troubleshooting, you'll be at the forefront of network operations.

Job Duties

• Take ownership of day-to-day network administration tasks.
• Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure hardware and software.
• Hands-on experience in configuring and monitoring network performance and security to ensure availability for users.
• Respond promptly to technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network connectivity.
• Implement best practices for network architecture security.
• Participate in the setup and maintenance of Active Directory and Domain Controllers.
• Manage communication systems like VOIP to ensure seamless operation.
• Configure and maintain AWS cloud network infrastructure.
• Enhance deployment and configuration management through automation.
• Maintain consistent documentation of network processes and procedures.
• Perform additional IT duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Administration.
• Proficiency in LAN, Wi-Fi and WAN administration.
• Strong understanding of OSI model, networking concepts and devices.
• TCP/IP, BGP, radius, LDAP, IPSEC, MPLS, routing, switching, VPN.
• Experience with Fortinet devices (firewall, switch, AP), Cisco and Juniper switches.
• Experience with network and infrastructure on main Cloud Providers is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Team player, flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration is a plus.

Working hours:

The working hours 8-9:30 to 17:00 – 18:30 (flexible, 8 hours per day). This is an onsite job.

Job Benefits

The company is offering a salary of 4K-5K gross per month based on skills and experience, medical insurance, provident fund and lunch allowance
