Corporate AdministratorJob Duties
- Incorporation of Companies in Cyprus and other jurisdictions.
- Opening of Bank Accounts with Banks and Payment Institutions.
- Preparing corporate resolutions and minutes.
- Filings with the Registrar of Cyprus.
- Supporting corporate team in corporate transactions.
- Corporate secretarial administration.
- Handling calls with clients and authorities.
Job Requirements
- Ideally educated to degree level in Business Administration, Law or any other relevant field.
- 3+ years of previous experience working as a Corporate Administrator in either a Law Firm or Corporate Services Provider is essential.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Greek & English to a business level is a must.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Familiarity with WiseBos software will be considered an advantage.
