Corporate Administrator

Job Duties

  • Incorporation of Companies in Cyprus and other jurisdictions.
  • Opening of Bank Accounts with Banks and Payment Institutions.
  • Preparing corporate resolutions and minutes.
  • Filings with the Registrar of Cyprus.
  • Supporting corporate team in corporate transactions.
  • Corporate secretarial administration.
  • Handling calls with clients and authorities.

Job Requirements

  • Ideally educated to degree level in Business Administration, Law or any other relevant field.
  • 3+ years of previous experience working as a Corporate Administrator in either a Law Firm or Corporate Services Provider is essential.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Greek & English to a business level is a must.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with WiseBos software will be considered an advantage.
