Our client is an established online Gaming and Betting company looking to recruit German Customer Support Representatives who will be working remotely.

Responsibilities:

Dealing directly with clients' queries over chat system, e-mail and phone

Answering clients' requests

Maintaining professionalism at all instances

Requirements:

Fluency in German English language

Minimum 2 years online Customer Support experience

Attention to details and quality of work

European citizenship

Salary:

1500-2000 Euros gross based on experience
