Wintrado Technologies is a Swiss Fintech group that offers a full stack of brokerage solutions. Our turn-key platform consists of a CRM, Cashier, Risk Management, and Web & Mobile Trading App.

For novice brokers, our technology can be set up as a stand-alone solution within days. For established brokers, it integrates seamlessly with their existing MT4/5 through Manager API (No plugins required!).

We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager for our offices in Limassol - Only candidates based in Cyprus will be considered!

Job Duties

• Present, promote and support our online products & services
• Contact existing clients via chat, phone call, or email ensuring they receive the highest level of service
• Handle all types of inquiries from customers via chat, phone call, or email
• Be the first point of contact for existing clients and assist internally, all other departments according to their need

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of Customer Support or sales experience
• Excellent communication skills -verbal and written
• Good computer and phone skills
• Professionalism, work ethic, Self-motivation, and a team player
• Organized, diligent and detail-oriented
• Fluent written and spoken English and one of the following languages Chinese, Vietnamese, and/or Thai.
