Compliance Officer (VAC-A20858M)

Job description

One of our clients in Limassol, a Forex Company, is looking for an experienced Compliance Officer.

Job Duties

• Draft and disseminate written policies and procedures related to compliance activities
• Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed
• Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation
• Handle complaints activities, such as complaints received/ investigation outcomes/compliance reports etc;
• Consult with corporate attorneys as necessary to address difficult legal compliance issues
• Perform employee training on compliance related topics, policies, or procedures
• Provide assistance to internal or external auditors in compliance reviews
• Prepare management reports regarding compliance operations and progress
• Monitor compliance systems to ensure their effectiveness
• Keep informed regarding pending industry changes, trends, and best practices and assess the potential impact of these changes on organizational processes
• Verify that all company and regulatory policies and procedures have been documented, implemented, and communicated
• Review Company's marketing & promotional material, providing feedback, guidance, corrections and internal advice

Job Requirements

• CySEC Advanced Certificate and AML Certificate are required
• Minimum 2 years of compliance experience
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office and Google cloud services
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines and high attention to detail

Working knowledge of CySEC/ MiFID II regulations.The working hours: 09:00 a.m. - 18:00 p.m.
