Job Requirements

•    Monitor the quality of pricing from LPs and checking all instruments are on the market
•    Prepare reports as required by company management and regulatory authorities
•    Draft and update departmental policies, procedures, and manuals
•    Participate in internal and external audits
•    Interact with liquidity providers and other vendors to obtain best pricing and execution for the    company and our clients
•    Quote, confirm, and transmit client trades in line with the company’s policies and procedures
•    Provide an overview of all relevant market activity to the internal teams
•    Keep up to date with market information and monitor trends in all major currency pairings
•    Update and support colleagues from other departments
•    Best execution assurance
•    Handle transaction reporting
•    Manage business critical real-time trading systems to identify issues and problem areas
•    Carry out trade surveillance and monitoring of transactions
•    Trade investigations and preliminary analysis of customer complaints
•    Assist with the training of relevant staff to ensure continuous competence in accordance with CySEC regulations
•    Troubleshoot a variety of trading issues and liaising with appropriate teams where necessary to ensure their resolution
•    Keep up to date with changes in market regulations
•    Perform competitor analysis and market research as required

Job Benefits

•    University/College or other Degree in relevant fields (Finance, Economics, Mathematics or other)
•    Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in a similar position within the Forex industry
•    Holder of the CySEC Advanced Certification
•    Good knowledge of the financial markets
•    Excellent knowledge on the MT4 and MT5 platform, bridge solutions
•    Strong level of accuracy and attention to detail
•    Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
•    Proficiency in English language
•    Able to initially work shifts from 9am-6pm and 4pm-12am midnight
