Based in our Limassol office, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an innovative and enthusiastic Digital Campaign Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team. The successful applicant will be required to work across all areas of online acquisition channels to plan, develop and execute campaigns.

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the design, planning and execution of campaigns for target markets
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on insights
  • Research and media buying appropriate to the campaign
  • Plan, set up and manage campaigns against marketing KPIs and within the designated marketing budget
  • Coordinate campaigns across different departments to modify campaigns according to requirements. Providing reports directly to the CMO
  • Working with local advertising agencies, our content and design teams to develop campaigns that deliver results
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership for adoption where appropriate
  • Develop working relationships with potential partners, influencers, local representatives and digital agencies
  • Keeping up to date with the legal framework, licensing and restrictions affecting marketing for financial services

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience of marketing experience, specialising in forex or other financial services
  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • Exceptional organisation and strong analytical skills
  • Experience in working with multiple platforms: AdWords, Facebook, Twitter, Ad networks, SEs etc
  • Excellent writing skills from a business and marketing communication perspective
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics with some knowledge of SEO, SEM techniques
