Based in our Limassol office, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.

Job Duties

  • Working closely with our CMO to develop social media content strategy with a focus on community development and brand awareness
  • Panning and managing targeting advertising across social media platforms
  • Lead generation in our company social networks
  • Turning a variety of content, (educational, company news and analysis,) into powerful and engaging social media content
  • Create and manage social media campaigns as well as day-to-day activities including monitoring and responding to users in our communities. Engaging in dialogue and handling customer requests
  • Representing the Company and share company updates across our social media channels, becoming an advocate for the company in social media spaces
  • Partnering with micro-influencers
  • Working with our Graphic Designer to ensure all assets produced are on brand (i.e. Social Media graphics for Facebook cover, profile pic, thumbnails, landing pages, Twitter profile etc.)
  • Monitoring online forums and respond to each review in a timely and careful manner
  • Monitoring trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
  • Overseeing campaign budgets and providing detailed reports on the campaign’s ROI to our CMO

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience in managing corporate social media accounts and communities in the finance sector
  • Solid working knowledge and experience of social media and influencer programs within the finance market
  • Comprehensive understanding how to create and work with sales funnels
  • Experience and good knowledge of targeting tools
  • Able to communicate in English fluently in both written and spoken communication
  • Must love developing relationships, building communities and a drive for results
  • Be data-driven and have a creative mindset
