Performance Marketing (PPC EXPERT)

Job description

We are looking to grow our marketing team with an exceptional PPC Specialist. You will make an impact through end-to-end execution of our customers’ multi-channel acquisition. If you’re proactive and not fazed by large budgets - this one’s for you.

In your day-to-day, you’ll be managing campaigns across various channels from their inception to our no-touch funnel. Along the way, you’ll meticulously fine-tune and optimize performance, provide analysis, and develop action plans to capitalize on new opportunities.

Job Duties

• Manage large B2B global advertising accounts
• Define performance marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives, and set KPIs
• Design, build & run the user acquisition campaigns across regions, platforms and audiences
• Constantly test designs, offers, content and user experience to drive conversions
• Optimize CAC and remarketing channels ROI to increase and retain relevant websites traffic
• Coordinate and execute “go-to-market” plans partnering closely with other marketing functions
• Measure and optimize landing pages while implementing tracking solutions to ensure all channels work well together
• Conduct research on new and emerging digital techniques and partnerships
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to drive a cohesive vision, message and user experience with advertising campaigns

Job Requirements

• Experience with managing global, large-scale B2B campaigns
• 2+ years of experience in PPC, focused on Google and/or Facebook ecosystems (with budgets of $100K+/mo)
• Expert-level understanding of paid campaigns practices and strategy, in the context of performance marketing
• Fluent in English
• Highly analytical and adept at using various marketing analytics tools
• Strong sense of ownership and comfortable embracing and thriving within an ever-changing environment
• Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop action plans accordingly
• Adept at multitasking and handling multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines
• Experience with Outbrain/Taboola - an advantage
