Traveling and staying to Monte Carlo and London frequently. Accommodation will be provided.

As a personal assistant (PA) you'll work closely with CEO to provide administrative support, usually on a one-to-one basis. You'll help a manager to make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks.

Job Duties

  • Travelling to London & Monte Carlo frequently
  • Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Organising events and conferences.

Job Requirements

  • Being flexible to travel frequently between Cyprus – London – Monte Carlo
  • Fluently in English and Greek Language
  • Ability to follow established processes
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with clients of all levels both internally and externally
  • Highly familiar with software suites, such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in creating and maintaining office management systems and procedures
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads
  • High level of attention to detail
