Job description
Traveling and staying to Monte Carlo and London frequently. Accommodation will be provided.
As a personal assistant (PA) you'll work closely with CEO to provide administrative support, usually on a one-to-one basis. You'll help a manager to make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks.
Job Duties
- Travelling to London & Monte Carlo frequently
- Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Organising events and conferences.
Job Requirements
- Being flexible to travel frequently between Cyprus – London – Monte Carlo
- Fluently in English and Greek Language
- Ability to follow established processes
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with clients of all levels both internally and externally
- Highly familiar with software suites, such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience in creating and maintaining office management systems and procedures
- Customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads
- High level of attention to detail
