Job description

Kuutio Property Management Ltd is looking to recruit experienced and qualified Chefs, to join our team for our new boutique hotel in Paphos. 

Job Duties

• Responsible for complete knowledge of food preparation and function of all stations within the operation.
• Manage daily kitchen activities and aiding with menu preparation.
• Ensure food quality, freshness, monitoring and ordering inventory.
• Monitor and make sure culinary and ingredient expenses are within the budget.
• Provide meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes.
• Apply methods of proper timing to ensure that freshly cooked products are ready for continuous service.
• Make sure all food &/or ingredients are stored in a safe and orderly manner.
• Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen stations and equipment.
• To serve as primary culinary manager.

Job Requirements

• University Degree or Formal Culinary Training
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar position and industry
• Good knowledge of Greek and English language
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge will be considered an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of restaurant health and safety regulations
