Your Duties and responsibilities for the HR Field position will be the following for which we will prepare you with a structured training plan:

• Support the recruitment and hiring process, advertise the positions externally and internally, proceed with cv’s screening, interviews and select the right people for the job!

• Setting weekly priorities and projects that will have to implement in coordination with the HR Manager

• Promote the engagement survey’s and analyse the results to the restaurant Management teams

• Identify top performers within the teams, and promote ‘invest in people’ mentality

• Follow up the Team Members Development through the Personal Performance Management process

• Perform visits in restaurant units, and set up meetings with the Management teams

• Ensure through a short Audit that the restaurant units comply with all relevant legislations

Your Profile:

• You have at least 1 year experience preferably in restaurant or customer service operations

• You have a Human Resources academic background or a degree in a related field

• You are able to communicate in Greek and English both verbally or written

• You must be a team player

• You love to communicate with people

• Good knowledge of relevant Cyprus Law and legislation will be considered as an advantage
