Our client is a CySEC licensed FX company looking to hire an Office Manager for their office in Limassol who will be responsible for the efficient functioning of the office including administrative, financial and managerial tasks.
- Ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis.
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies, refreshments, etc.
- Booking transport and accommodation
- Handling petty cash
- Hosting the Company's guests
- Dealing with office correspondence (i.e. phone calls, emails and postal correspondence)
- Assisting with the recruitment process
- Helping with paperwork (i.e. certifications, apostilles, etc.), and filing and storing paperwork;
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
- Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
- High level of energy, motivation, initiative and professionalism
- Planning and decision-making ability with a hands-on approach.
- Strong work ethic and excellent communications skills
- Confident user of Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Knowledge of Greek language
- Experience in a similar role
- University degree
