Advance Career, on behalf of our client, an IT Solutions Provider in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Business Software Developer;

Job Duties

• Involved in the design, development, testing and training of various applications, web interfaces, databases and custom reports.
• Translate client business requirements into a system design.
• Propose innovative solutions to specific client issues.
• Work to exact project timelines and delivery requirements.
• Design and develop changes in that aim to enhance client’s existing interfaces and solutions.
• Provide support; including researching and resolving functional system problems, unexpected results or process flaws; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet client’s requirements.
• Maintain awareness of current trends with a focus on product and service development as well as the application of business software and technology solutions.
• Involved in internal projects that aim to enhance internal business processes and overall performance.
• Perform administrative tasks as per company’s internal policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Experience and knowledge of declarative and object-oriented programming languages is required.
• Experience and knowledge in system’s integrations.
• Programming experience with SAP software solutions will be considered as an advantage.
• Any knowledge or experience on the following will be considered as an advantage:
• -APIs and web services
• -ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#.Net, Java
• -HTML, CSS, AJAX, JQuery, JavaScript
• 3-4 years working experience in projects.
• Business writing skills.
• Analytical, Research and Communication skills.
• Ability to work in teams with good interpersonal skills.
