Job description

We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated professional to join our Business Development Team in Limassol!

Job Duties


  • Acquisition of new Partners - direct search
  • Assist with the onboarding of Partners - organic incoming
  • Maintain direct contact with Partners, ensuring excellent service standards via telephone, live chat, social media and email.
  • Negotiate terms based on existing remuneration structures & guidelines.
  • Assist in the monitoring of Partners on a daily basis to optimize performance.
  • Educate the Partners on the company’s platforms, trading products, account opening, deposit and withdrawal procedures.
  • Proactively work to retain existing business and reactivate Partners.
  • Meet KPI’s as set by the Company
  • Supporting and assisting all departments as required.
  • Represent the company at conferences and events when required.
  • Contact and activate Clients introduced by Partners or organically
  • Retain Clients introduced by Partners or organically
  • Points K and L may in future be performed by subordinate ‘Account Relationship Managers’ who will be introduced at such time that the candidate is short of time to contact all potential Partners.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in similar role
  • Able to work on own initiative to introduce Partners with minimal to no assistance from the Company
  • Excellent English
  • Results orientated
  • Strong negotiation / communication skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Professional and efficient time management skills

Job Benefits

  • Fixed Salary of Euro 1500-2000 based on experience.
