Retention Agent (Swedish, Norwegian, German, English and Greek )

Job description

Our client, a well established investment firm with offices in Limassol, is currently looking to grow their team. Their goal is to provide customers with a reliable, easy to use and highly profitable services. They are currently looking for an experienced Retention Agent to join their team.

Job Duties

• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Arrange meetings, mainly remotely, with clients to educate, serve, update and ultimately upsell traders.
• Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to clients’ accounts.
• Promoting the Company's products and services

Job Requirements

• Native or Fluent in the following European languages: German, Italian, Swedish, English, Norwegian and other European Languages
• Time Proficient
• Positive attitude
• Previous experience in Retention
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge in Technical Analysis will be considering an advantage
• Any Degree in Economics or Finance will be considered an advantage
