Junior Trading Platform Administrator

Job Duties

•Ensuring proper and smooth operation of the MT5 trading platform

•Set-up and monitoring of the trading platform and ongoing communication with the developers

•Install, configure, and maintain MT5 servers, operating systems, trading platform, applications, plug-ins, feeders, liquidity bridges, instruments, groups, and other related settings

•Manage system upgrades, document processes, and provide relevant technical support for our clients

•Participate in IT projects

•Collaborate with external advisors and vendors to keep our MT5 technology in perfect order and up to date

•Add, remove, or update user account information, resetting passwords of related trading platforms etc

•Ensure the security of the MT5 ecosystem in collaboration with our IT department

•To distribute and maintain all access rights in relation to the MT5 Platform

•Work very closely with our Dealing department to ensure proper delivery of products, plugins and other related

•Work closely with members of the IT team

Job Requirements

•BSc/MSc in Information Technology, or any other relevant field

•Experience in MT5 administration will be a strong plus

•Basic knowledge of SQL (administrative knowledge will be considered an advantage)

•Proactive and efficient with strong organizational skills

•Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently

•Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills

•Able to work on call schedule
