Job Duties

• Ensuring proper and smooth operation of the the CRM system. · Performing routine audits of systems and software, and resolving any problems identified
• Monitoring our systems by using monitoring tools
• Liaising with external associates for problem solving
• Defining customers’ needs and functionality in a service development cycle
• Identifying potential issues and integrate possible solutions
• Evaluating the existing systems and provides the technical direction to IT support staff
• Collaborating with other professionals to ensure high quality deliverables within organization guidelines, policies, and procedures
• Providing guidance, support and training to staff on IT related issues
• Administering the Company’s ticketing system and responding to staff requests in a timely manner
• Providing 2nd level of support to the clients

Job Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Information Technology, or any other relevant field
• At least 1 year of experience
• Knowledge of cloud technologies e.g. Azure Cloud/ Amazon AWS
• CCNA will be a strong plus
• Very good knowledge of Windows Server and Linux OS
• Proactive and efficient with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently
• Able to work on call schedule
