StaffMatters is working with a leading international online gaming and sports betting company that is expanding their operations to Cyprus. With over 500 staff and established in 1998, Cyprus is their latest addition to their network of offices and they are now looking to hire Head of Sports Operations for their office based in Limassol.

Job Duties

• Management of the group's Sportsbook product and components & working closely with sportsbook product heads to manage the companies Cyprus Product Roadmap
• Works closely with the Virtual Teams across the organization including Trading, Customer Service, CRM, Sports Marketing, Compliance, Product Development & Leadership to ensure that the Cyprus sports products are optimized to provide excellent Customer Experience
• Measurement of Key Customer and Product Metrics and delivery of insightful analysis to help improve performance
• Close collaboration and leadership role within local team based in Limassol ensuring we deliver truly localized product and user experiences to our customers
• Monitoring & Reporting to leadership team regarding Sportsbook Performance against established KPI's
