Job description

Cyprus company with main activities in private investments is looking for a corporate officer for its office in Nicosia.

Job Duties


  • Maintenance of the Company’s investments register and updating their market value on a daily basis
  • Assistance in preparation of operational reports and presentations
  • Acting as a director of Cyprus companies and authorised signatory for foreign banks.
  • Maintenance of Company’s documents register and files;
  • Preparation, review and revision of corporate documentation, including minutes, resolutions, banking forms, payment instructions etc.;
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and various events of the Company
  • Managing statutory documents, maintenance and changes to particulars of Cyprus companies with the Registrar of Companies.
  • Liaise with Authorities (including Registrar of companies, Tax, VAT department etc) when required.
  • Liaise with local and foreign banks for opening bank accounts, updating corporate information or other compliance matters
  • Organizing the meetings including drafting and circulating agenda, transfers and venue booking
  • Ordering and maintaining an adequate inventory of office supplies
  • Other administrative tasks that may arise from time to time and delegated to him/her by the Finance Director.

Job Requirements

  • Holder of a university degree in Business administration, Economics, Law, Accounting or Finance; or other relevant degree.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role in a corporate service provider or family office;
  • Familiar with basic finance terminology, financial instruments and basic understanding of financial markets
  • A thorough approach to work, analytical thinking with problem-solving abilities
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Fluent in English, (Greek or Russian or both will be considered as advantage);
  • Experience in the financial services industry will be considered as advantage;
  • Dynamic, result-oriented, operating with speed and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and flexibility of approach
  • Responsible and professional in respect to appearance, behaviour and conduct
  • Highly ethical, trustworthy, reliable, discreet

Job Benefits

Salary will be based upon experience and qualifications in the range 28-30k gross per year plus annual bonus (at the discretion of the management of the Company).
