Job Duties

• Establish Network Infrastructure.
• Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining OpenShift/Kubernetes cluster, application software and system management tools.
• Checking the health of the environment, checking the status of the nodes and pods, adding, deleting nodes, updating labels on nodes, listing pods on nodes.
• Taking the backup of the environment like backup of the master host, node host, db backup, code backup etc.
• Assist development teams with diagnosing, isolating, and debugging application issues within OpenShift.
• Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes.
• Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks.
• Collaborate with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

Job Requirements

• Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting UNIX /Linux based environments.
• Solid Cloud experience, preferably in AWS
• Good scripting skills (e.g., shell scripts, Perl, Python)
• Strong knowledge of Dockers, Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Experience working with infrastructure automation products such as Ansible, Jenkins, ArgoCD
• Very Strong troubleshooting skills and passion for problem solving and investigation.
• Team player with good interpersonal, communication and fast learning skills. Highly adaptive to any type of work environment and technology.
• Familiarity with SQL and No-SQL databases
• Familiarity with networking and security
