Affiliate Manager (VAC-A20975M)

Job description

One of our clients in Limassol, a group of companies, is looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager for their Forex company within the group. They are looking for an experienced professional, capable of setting up an affiliate program of a new brand, as well as handling, growing and managing in full our company's database of affiliates.

Job Duties

• Developing, launching and continuously enhancing our affiliate program
• Developing, retaining and maintaining company's affiliate database and onboarding new affiliates
• Enhancing relationships and ensure that the highest service standards are always followed
• Contributing to a strong brand awareness and online presence of our new brand
• Identifying potential growth opportunities, turning them into affiliate marketing strategies, and implement them accordingly
• Forecasting, preventing and troubleshooting low performing campaigns in order to ensure ROI at all times
• Attending and representing the company in industry events, forums and exhibitions to increase network
• Creating and presenting relevant reports to the management
• Staying up to date with competition and industry developments
• Working closely with other members of the Marketing team

Job Requirements

• Holder of a BSc/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Financial Services, Economics or equivalent is a must
• 3 years of previous working experience in a similar position within the forex or online industry, is a must
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English language (additional languages will be considered an advantage)
• Experience with marketing, promotional and analytics tools as well as technologies and methodologies (SEO, ASO, PPC, etc.)
• Excellent managerial, planning and organizational skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills
• Strong sales experience and background
• Strategic thinker, multitasker and result oriented
• The working hours: 09:00 a.m. - 18:00 p.m.
