Job description

Our client, a law office in Limassol, is looking to hire a motivated individual in the role of a Legal Secretary.

Job Duties

  • To manage phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, etc.).
  • Drafting, typing of documents, forms and contracts
  • Printing, scanning, organizing, and filing documents

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a law firm
  • Diploma in Secretarial Studies / Office Administration will be considered as an advantage
  • Fluent in Greek and English
  • Knowledge on Microsoft Office tools and excellent computer knowledge.
  • Very good knowledge of ZYGOS software and of any other court case management software
  • Ability to perform external work mainly at Court (Limassol, Nicosia and Larnaca Courts), such to submit pleadings, applications and other court documents, to swear affidavits, apply for court orders etc.
  • Good organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, as well as to prioritize.
  • Integrity, responsibility and professionalism
  • The working hours are 9am - 6pm with 1 hour lunch

Job Benefits

  • The salary will be up to 1,200 Euros gross based on skills and experience plus 13th salary
