Are you an organised, trustworthy and reliable person with high attention to detail and have past experience in Property Management or managing holiday rentals?
PPM Cyprus is expanding and we are looking for a part-time Property Management Assistant to join our team!
This part-time role includes some admin/office work, but mainly you will be working on ensuring that PPM’s various properties are maintained to the highest standard as well as helping us with the management of the short term rentals.
We offer flexible hours so this role is perfect for someone who enjoys an untraditional working week and knows how to work independently.

Job Duties

  • Administrative work
  • Ensuring that PPM’s properties are maintained to the highest standard
  • Preparing the property for the guests' arrivals and ensuring it’s in pristine condition
  • Coordinating & managing cleaners before/after guests and maintenance for portfolio properties
  • Reviewing & keeping track of supplies and replenishing as required
  • Conducting check-ins & check-outs
  • Guest interaction during check-in/check out

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
  • Basic skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Dropbox & Outlook)
  • Ability to meet deadlines without compromising on accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Car with valid driver’s license
  • English & Greek-speaking (Russian is desirable but not critical)
  • 20 hours per week
